Aggressive, heavy, abrasive, raw and energetic

Its hard not to love everything that Dedlights does

Hot off their victory of the 2021 Michigan Made Music Mania radio contest sponsored by WJXQ Q106, Dedlights are poised to take the rock world by storm.

Original hard rock music, heavy, dynamic, a modern sound with guitar solos reminiscent of the classic rock era, powerful rhythm section constructed around hard to forget mantra like vocal hooks. Three artists producing a message that puts humanity in the hot seat.

New album 'Of The Earth' has been getting steady airplay on FM radio stations such as Lansing's Q106, Detroit's WRIF, and Saginaw's Z93, as well as featured on internet radio stations like Solid State Radio.

'Of The Earth' album review

From the most earliest beginning stage, Dedlights aim was to solidify various styles of music, making something unheard, unique yet captivating. My favorite song from the album is “Flood” which gives us doomy music with pompous guttural vocals and dark ideas that shows Dedlights as a band with a ravenous drive to acquire what they long for. “Unearthed”, “iNhumaN beiNgs” and “Of The Earth” flow and ebb so well together giving us significant scales, down-tuned guitars and mid-to-fast beats which make an insightful energy that shares two of the main characteristics of overpowering metal: sweet aggression and pounding enormity.

The music here is full and barometrical with crushing riffs that are dynamic, unrefined and evil. With a small amount of dramatism it passes on a sensation of dread that each part conveys to the track with its own character. Dedlights make ready for the blurred side with a catalyst specific and transcendent irresistible furrow that is uncovered to you right away. Their metalcore-based style utilizes a whipped, tough mindset which has every one of the vital characteristics of a sonic power outage. Put the pedal to the floor and pound your brain with as many blasting riffs as they can pack into a tune. The vocals feel enormous and vicious, enraged yet engaged including a component of tumult and insanity. The other individuals have an incredible particular ability, resolute essentialness, and strengthening straightforwardness to keep everything pushing ahead.
